Meet Dr. Preece

Dr. Preece is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society, and the Garland Dental Study Club. Dr. Preece has been on staff at Children’s Hospital in Dallas and Plano, since 2010.

More About Dr. Preece

Dr. Preece was born in Honolulu HI and, due to his father’s service in the Air Force, had the opportunity to live in several different states. He completed his undergraduate schooling at Weber State University in Ogden UT. He, then moved onto Ohio State University for dental school. While at Ohio State, he realized how much he enjoyed working with children, and went on to complete a two-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, New York. He, and his wife, Marci, have four children of their own, Isiac, Henry, Quinn, and Cannon, and therefore can relate to special family needs of both the parents and patients. Dr. Preece and his family have been in Dallas for two years now and love Texas!

Dr. Preece is excited to be here, and to get to know each of you. He has a caring chair side manner and provides quality and gentle dental care.

Meet Dr. Burch

Dr. Burch was born in Germany and raised in Tennessee. He served in the United States Army after highs school. Dr. Burch received his Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in Biology from Fisk University in Nashville, TN. He then obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.  Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Burch completed pediatric dental residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. Currently, Dr. Burch is completing his Masters in Public Health degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Burch is currently an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University Bachelor Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Burch has released several research projects that involve healthcare policy, healthcare economics, access to care, special needs dentistry, and biomaterials in dentistry. When not practicing and lecturing, Dr. Burch enjoys spending time traveling, trying new restaurants, and exercising.

Dr. Burch is excited to be part of our team. He will provide excellent chair-side manners and quality dental treatment.
